Our mission is to provide essential care services that enable seniors and other individuals in need of assistance to live comfortably, independently, and safely in their own homes.
Our team
As a locally owned and operated provider of in-home companion and personal care, we are deeply engaged in the communities we serve across Columbia and Dutchess Counties. We hire from within these same communities, creating opportunities for our staff to meaningfully and positively impact their hometowns. As NYS-certified Home Health Aides ourselves, we know firsthand that competitive wages, access to continuing education, opportunities for advancement, and a warm, supportive team culture make all the difference in both caregiver retention and quality of care.
Our history
We founded MHV WellCare based on our own experiences caring for aging parents here in the Mid-Hudson Valley. As NYS-certified Home Health Aides, we’ve seen how steady, compassionate support can make a real difference for both the individual receiving care but for the whole family.
We’ve been through this ourselves, which is why we’re here to offer the kind of meaningful help and personalized care that brings comfort and supports families through the day-to-day.
